Who it is for

Cubre is built for roofing and exterior contracting businesses — the crews and offices that estimate work, schedule it, and bill for it. It is a tool those businesses use to run their own operations. Cubre does not perform contracting work.

What it does

• Customer Records

  Customers, jobs, and properties in one place, on boards you configure yourself. Fields, views, and stages are set per business rather than fixed by us.

• Estimating

  Build estimates from your own material and labor libraries. Measurements drive quantities through formulas you define, so a change to the roof updates the numbers.

• Invoicing

  Turn an accepted estimate into an invoice without re-entering it. Track what has been billed, what is outstanding, and what each job actually earned.

• Automations

  Rules that run the repetitive parts: move a job when it is accepted, send a scheduled reminder, fill a form, notify the crew. You define the trigger and the steps.

Getting paid

An invoice can carry a payment link, so a customer can pay it online. Payments are processed and settled by Stripe, a licensed third party, directly to the contracting business that issued the invoice.

Cubre is software. It does not process payments, hold funds, or collect money on anyone else’s behalf.

How it is sold

Cubre is subscription software, delivered over the web. There is nothing to install and nothing to ship. Plans and pricing are not yet published — if you want to know what it would cost for your business, write to us and ask.
